Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager/Executive to oversee the human resources functions of our organization. The HR Manager/Executive will be responsible for managing and developing our team, creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations issues, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives
Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support on all matters
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, managing conflicts, and addressing grievances
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including employee data management and reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.
Handle performance management, including performance appraisal, feedback, and coaching.
Develop and implement employee wellness programs.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (minimum 2 years).
Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
Proficiency in English.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Ability to build strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
